This November, voters will have the chance to build a healthier Colorado with three important issues on the ballot. Below, you can learn more about the issues, check your voter registration and pledge to vote YES for a healthier Colorado.
Proposition 310 in Denver
In Denver, Proposition 310 will protect youth by taking flavored tobacco products off the shelves. Last year, the Denver City Council voted to protect youth by eliminating the sale of flavored tobacco products. However, the tobacco industry is pushing back and has placed a measure on the ballot to repeal the ordinance, so they can continue to hook our youth on their dangerous and addictive products. A “YES” vote reaffirms your desire to see flavored tobacco products removed from Denver shelves.

Propositions LL and MM
Statewide, Propositions LL and MM will continue funding Healthy School Meals for All (HSMA).
HSMA provides more than 600,000 nutritious meals to students EVERY day, helping them be more engaged and attentive in the classroom. No child should go hungry at school.
Voting YES on LL and MM will keep kids fed in school, leading to better grades, higher graduation rates and better outcomes for Colorado students.
Proposition LL will allow Colorado to keep money already raised for Healthy School Meals for All, while Proposition MM continues free school meals for all beyond this school year. Proposition MM also increases wages for nutrition professionals, trains and equips schools to use fresh ingredients and funds schools to purchase ingredients from Colorado farmers and ranchers.
