Make Arizona Smoke Free, All Products, All Places, All the Time!

Many Arizonans are still exposed to secondhand smoke and e-cigarette aerosol, despite there being no safe level of exposure. Ventilation does not remove toxic particles from the air that harm our hearts and lungs.

Arizona’s 2006 Smoke‑Free Act was a big step, but it left out places like hotels, veterans’ clubs, and retail tobacco shops. Now, cities like Tempe, Tucson, Flagstaff, Scottsdale, Mesa, and Goodyear have strengthened their local ordinances collectively protecting over 1.7 million Arizonans

We’re working to keep that momentum going by updating local policies to cover all tobacco and nicotine products, including e‑cigarettes and heat‑not‑burn devices — with no exceptions. These changes make a real difference in people’s health.

We need volunteers like you to help spread the word and push for stronger protections. Join our campaign to make every shared space in Arizona truly smoke‑free and aerosol‑free. Let’s keep our communities healthy and safe!
