In California, we’re energized by the momentum this Legislative session, and deeply grateful for your continued advocacy and support.

 

AHA has been hard at work, advancing key priorities that promote health and equity across the state. Senate Bill (SB) 764, which would require chain restaurants to offer at least one nutritious children’s meal, has passed out of Assembly Appropriations and is now headed to the Assembly floor for a vote. Assembly Bill (AB) 573, which strengthens enforcement of flavored tobacco product restrictions, has cleared the Senate Appropriations Committee and was placed on consent.
