Empowering Schools to Save Lives: Missouri’s CERP Implementation Guide

Preparing Schools in Missouri for Sudden Cardiac Arrest

This year, the Missouri EMS Association, in partnership with the American Heart Association, Project ADAM, CARES, and local EMS agencies, kicked off a grant program that is funded by the Department of Health and Senior Services. This fund has been created to assist schools in implementing Cardiac Emergency Response Plans (CERPs).

And here is the exciting news – as of now, 258 schools throughout Missouri are in the process of creating comprehensive plans!
