Big Win for Tobacco Control!

Breaking News! The Franklin County Court of Appeals issued a ruling that Ohio communities have the constitutional authority to put regulations on tobacco products within their own limits. This is a huge win for the health of Ohioans as communities will be able to protect their citizens from the harms of tobacco.
