We are working hard to get more kids to have access to healthy food in Maryland. 1 in 8 children in the US don’t have enough to eat. So we have to ask, why is there a childhood hunger crisis in Maryland and what can we do about it?
On May 27th, a coalition of advocates, non-profit, faith, business and government leaders will assess the growing crisis of childhood hunger and potential solutions at a community conversation in Prince Georges County.
