Building Momentum for the 2026 Legislative Session

Momentum continues to build for our Nation of Lifesavers legislative efforts in the state of Utah. Over the past month our team has met with new volunteers and coalition partners who share our passion for lifesaving AED and CERP policies and are excited to engage with our campaign. We have also been able to engage with stakeholders at the State Board of Education and Department of Health and Human Services to make sure we have support across agencies for this policy.

Our top priority remains securing a bill sponsor for our CERPs in Schools legislation while also pursuing regulatory change for our CERPs in athletics policy.
